Sanchit Garg, DO(EU),DOMP, RMO received his diploma as an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner from Toronto and recently graduated as Doctor of Osteopath from Europe.

With his previous background in the field of Ayurveda and having received his Bachelors of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery in 2016 from India he has vast knowledge of Ayurveda and the body as a whole.


The goal of a Manual Osteopath is to treat health-related issues, restoring balance in the body through natural, non-invasive, hands-on procedures. Stretching and releasing connective tissues that restrict mobility, such as muscles, tendons, and fascia. Muscle conditioning to strengthen an unstable joint, improved circulation and nerve supply. Providing information on diet, exercise, and lifestyle choices.


Sanchit helps patients manage their own health in order to recover and maintain excellent health wherever possible. Osteopathy ideology promotes health rather than disease, trains people to appreciate a high quality of life, and encourages individuals to live it to the fullest.  


Sanchit is registered with The Canadian Alliance of Alternative Medicine (ACMA), The College of Registered Manual Osteopath (CRMO), Manual Osteopathy Association of Manitoba (MOAM).
